Let me give you some tips for writing internet marketing articles.

Be clear and concise. Most internet browsers and readers are not interested in reading elaborate, stylish articles. They are not literature professors who want to be impressed by long-winded uses of the written word. They want to skim through articles to get the information they want.

Make your paragraphs short. Most readers probably will not read your whole article. They will skim through it and read the parts that they believe will most interest them or most pertain to them. Long paragraphs are harder to skim through and can be intimidating to many internet users.

Do not make the article too long. I have found that articles between 300 and 600 words work best for me. I believe an article much longer than 1000 words will be too long for many internet browsers. If you can write a great article that’s thousands of words long, consider putting it on your own website or breaking it down into several different articles.

The contact information that should be included is: the name and the address of the company as well as the availability and contact information including email and website information from the company.
